1. The project is in close proximity to public transportation for easy access of building occupants. There are shuttle service available for building occupants between project site and Botanical Garden Metro Station (DMRC Blue Line and Magenta Line). 2. The project is designed to achieve daylight in more than 75% of all regularly occupied areas. 3. The project is designed to achieve more than 6% energy savings over ASHRAE 90.1-2010 baseline case. This is achieved by installing energy efficiency measures in the project like high performance glazing & water cooled DX systems in tenant areas. 4. All air conditioned spaces of the project are provided with dedicated fresh air system and air filtration system to maintain good indoor air quality. 5. The project has installed onsite rooftop Solar PV system of 35 kWp to meet minimum 11% of interior lighting annual energy consumption. The energy generated will be used by common building systems and areas. 6. Minimum 5% parking capacity in the project is designed to provide electrical charging facility for electric vehicles. The facility is available for the tenants and visitors. Onsite facility management team can help tenants and visitors to set it up for them. 7. The project has installed rain water harvesting system to recharge ground water and collect is for later reuse in landscape irrigation and cooling towers makeup. 8. The project has low flow sanitary fixtures installed in toilets which help save more than 40% fresh water. 9. STP installed in project helps recycle 100% waste water generated at site and the treated water is reused for flushing, landscape irrigation and cooling tower make-up to save fresh water. 10. For enhanced monitoring, the project has installed sub meters for following applications a. Water Meters for Municipal water supply, Collected Rain Water Supply, STP supply to Landscape Irrigation, HVAC Cooling tower Makeup & Toilet flushing. b. Electricity Meters for each tenant, project elevators, exterior lighting, domestic water pumps, central HVAC system & onsite rooftop solar energy system 11. The fire-fighting system installed is CFC & HCFC free. This helps in reducing Ozone Depletion in the atmosphere. 12. The project has dedicated space in for storage, collection and segregation of waste generated in the building by occupants. 13. The project is designed to provide easy access to less-abled occupants and visitors on all floors and spaces of the project. The provisions are made in compliance with the requirements of National Building Code-2005. 14. The project is designed to meet IGBC Green New Building “Tenant Occupied” Gold Rating.
