• We do not hold, process, or manage any customer funds.
• We are not responsible for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or disputes.
• Any refund, cancellation, or modification is governed solely by the developer’s policies and agreements.

3. Consultation & Advisory Services

Our services are strictly limited to:

• Property consultation and information sharing.
• Site visit coordination.
• Facilitation between buyer and developer.

These services do not involve any refundable or cancellable monetary consideration payable to Raj Nandini Estates Pvt. Ltd.

4. Developer Policies Apply

Any request related to booking cancellation, refund of booking amounts, payment disputes, or possession delays must be addressed directly with the respective developer.

This is subject to the terms of their allotment letter, application form, and buyer agreement. Raj Nandini Estates Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for outcomes arising from such requests.

5. Changes or Withdrawal of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any consultation or marketing service, or withdraw project listings without prior notice. Such actions do not attract any refund or compensation claims.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raj Nandini Estates Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for:

• Financial losses or refund delays.
• Developer-related disputes or cancellation outcomes.

Users acknowledge that all property-related transactions are entered into at their own discretion.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
