About Gaurs Group

Gaursons India Private Limited was incorporated in 1995 as a private limited company and was later converted into a public limited company in 2000. The company was founded by B.L. Gaur. What began with a single modest apartment project in Sahibabad has grown, over three decades of consistent delivery and disciplined growth, into one of the most recognised and trusted real estate brands in the entire NCR region. 

Today, the Group stands tall with almost 65+ commercial and residential projects delivered successfully, totalling over 6 million sq metres — 60 million sq ft — of developed area. The company is led by Mr. Manoj Gaur — Managing Director of Gaursons India — and Mr. Sarthak Gaur, Director, with the founding family's values of quality, transparency, and timely delivery forming the backbone of every project the group undertakes.

The projects developed by Gaurs Group involve 2 townships, over 5 million sq ft of commercial space across 35 commercial projects, 2 shopping malls, 6 temples, 3 schools, a multi-level car park, one luxury hotel, and an 18-acre sports complex. Gaursons has developed a township project named Gaur City in Greater Noida West, which is today home to almost 25,000 families. Financial Strength and Industry Recognition

Gaurs Group has raised ₹440 crore via non-convertible debentures subscribed by three mutual funds, to fund land acquisition, project execution and refinancing, with the debentures listed on NSE. Gaurs Group has so far developed more than 100 million square feet and has delivered 75,000 units across 70 projects, spanning luxury residential, commercial and retail developments. 

Mr. Manoj Gaur has served as Chairman of CREDAI National — the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India — for 2023–2025 and President of CREDAI-NCR, reflecting the industry's recognition of Gaurs Group's standing as a credible, responsible, and delivery-focused developer.

Gaur Chrysalis in Sector 22D, Yamuna Expressway is Gaurs Group's premium residential launch in one of NCR's most strategically significant investment corridors in 2026. The project offers luxury 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences from 1,910 to 2,495 sq ft, with prices starting from ₹2.10 Cr onwards at ₹11,000 per sq ft.
